Dear Potential Sponsor:
As we venture into 2016, The Lil Fire Lady Productions, LLC and Scarlett Productions, LLC, desires to partner with community agencies to preserve “Mainstream Improvisational Jazz” Greater Sacramento region.  We are currently in the early stages of planning the 3rd Annual “Jazz on the Green”, which will be held (To Be Announced) at the Sacramento Horsemen’s Assoc., 3200 Longview Drive, Sacramento, CA.  This event will showcase national, regional and local jazz ensembles during an afternoon “mini-festival.”  A portion of the proceeds will be awarded to a high school music program and one deserving graduating student will receive a grant.  A portion of the proceeds from beverage sales will go to a selected non-profit business.
The success of our organization and our outreach is dependent entirely upon the financial support of corporations and private sponsors.  Our support of non-profit businesses and high school music programs is dependent upon community support for our periodic events throughout the year.
We are expecting 1500 to 2200 people and the age ranges are from 35 to 80.  We are targeting professional and retired people from the Sacramento area.  Your sponsorship will be prominently displayed on websites and depending on your sponsorship level you will be able to have time during intermissions to talk about our services.  Donations are tax deductable
We would like to ask that you consider becoming one of our 2016 Sponsors.  As a sponsor, you will receive positive media attention from your association of The Lil Fire Lady Productions, LLC and Scarlett Productions, LLC along with being a part of ensuring that this wonderful American Art Form continues to thrive in Sacramento.
We have included a sponsorship proposal for your review.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of the 3rd Annual Jazz on the Green, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  In addition, we will follow up via phone within a week or two to see if you have any questions that we can answer about the proposal or our organization.  Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider being a sponsor for the 3rd Annual Jazz on the Green.
Sincerely,

Jewelyn Williams, President and Creative Director
